Located inside the gates of Yosemite National Park (12 miles to Yosemite valley in the Yosemite West neighborhood), Sunset Summit has an unbeatable view of the Yosemite Forest below. Be one of the first guests to stay in this luxury home which was just completed in September 2023! Everything inside the house is brand new and sparkling clean. Skip the lines and wake up inside the serenity of the park!
The open living/kitchen/dining area has fantastic views and is a magical place to enjoy sunsets in front of the cozy gas fireplace. Grab a drink and sit in the Adirondack chairs or lounge chairs (on one of the two back decks) while appreciating the beauty of Yosemite. There is a Weber propane grill as well. There are 3 bedrooms (3 King Beds) all with views and deck access. The house has 2 bathrooms and a study/den with a queen sleeper sofa and TV. The home comfortably sleeps 8 people. You can even take in the views from the privacy of the Master shower! All bedrooms have new mattresses and crisp, white linens/towels. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need including a panini maker for gourmet sandwiches, a NutriBullet for healthy smoothies, a drip coffee maker and a Keurig if you prefer to bring pods. We offer Dish satellite TV, and Starlink satellite internet/WI-Fi. We also offer a few games and DVDs, available at the management office. There is a full-sized washer and dryer in the home. There is parking for three cars and it's an easy walk down the stairs to the front door. It's rare to find a new and modern home with such special views within the gates of Yosemite. Things went very smoothly and the house was lovely. It did look like the house sat vacant for a little while before we arrived. It was generally clean, but there were some spider webs near the ceiling that we had to take care of with the broom, and the countertops were a bit dusty and had to be wiped. That was just indicative of the house being vacant awhile. Also, it would have been great if there were more towels and washcloths available. Thanks.

Easy check in/check out. Very clean, plenty of starter supplies. Very comfortable beds. We appreciated the games and would have loved to have found binoculars in there too. Spectacular sunsets. Thank you for a great stay - would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed the view from this clean and comfortable home, especially the stunning sunsets! We appreciated the main floor having a bathroom and master bedroom. As we had to move from this house to a second one in the neighbourhood, it was very helpful to have staff transfer our luggage and perishables for us while we were enjoying the day on the Tioga Pass and at Tenaya Lake. One comment: there were way more provided items than advertised. If we had more details on what was provided, it would have saved us packing time and space.

My family had a wonderful stay. The house was very spacious and neat. The view was awesome from the two floor balcony. The beds were very comfortable and spacious. There was a grill, washer, and dryer. There were also plenty of smart TV’s to stream on. I recommend staying here to any families that want to spend a nice time in Yosemite.
