I greet you from Yosemite

The fragrance of the Yosemite rose smells sweet and could be bottled as perfume.
The rose petals are beautifully formed. The petals are heart-shaped!

Bowing down to take this picture in the early Yosemite West morning, the fragrance of love was in the air. As I rose to my feet, the rose seemed to say, ”Take my love to heart.”

Nature, in the secret of our heart, teaches us wisdom. With joy and gladness we open our heart.

The wood rose can be found growing in moist forests from May to June, at elevations below 8,000 feet. Its latin name is Rosa woodsii var ultramontane.
