Description
Yosemite Park Place has easy access year round and has a nice Yosemite forest and mountain view from the living room. In just a short walk there are some of the best views of the valley entrance before you get to Yosemite Valley in all of Yosemite West! Yosemite Park Place has 3 bedrooms, and 2 baths.
On the first level, there is a a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The living room has wooden floors, a gas fireplace, Satellite TV/DVD, CD stereo. A dinning area that seats 6. Sliding glass doors, that leads to a deck, with a gas grill, and lounge chairs to enjoy the beautiful forest views.
There is one bedroom on the first floor with 2 twin beds, and a full size bathroom. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms, with a queen bed in each, and another full size bathroom. This cabin has 2 parking spots all year long.
Do you have internet access at any of your home properties? Yes but very limited! Only a few of our home properties have recently been able to receive Internet access. Due to our remote location, and the fact that most of our properties are surrounded by tall Yosemite pine and cedar trees, it makes it almost impossible to receive clear satellite signals, cable isn't available yet in our community. The system we currently have is a satellite based Internet system, and is vulnerable to adverse weather conditions, therefore we cannot guarantee Internet connectivity during your stay. Satellite WiFi speed in unreliable for video streaming and video calling.

Park Place was exactly what we had hoped it would be. We wanted a place that would serve as a great base of operations for our trips to the Yosemite Valley and to Mariposa Grove. We also wanted a place that was clean, quiet, offered comfortable beds and nice appliances. Park Place aced our requirements.

Everything as better than expected. I stayed in condo before and this stay was significantly better than the last stay. The heating system was excellent, the deck was awesome, walls were solid ( no noise), everything clean and organized. I have stayed in other Air BNBs in remote areas and one thing I like is well stocked pantry so that we don’t have to carry much but again that is not stopping it from being a 5 star place. We will come back- thanks!

Stayed with 4 adults for our first-ever trip to Yosemite. Property was excellent - better than described. House was immaculate and had everything we needed. Instructions were clear regarding services and how to leave the property. Beds were comfy! and my mother-in-law even commented on how soft the towels were. Its a quick 25-30 minute into Yosemite Valley and no park entrance fee is required. At the end of the day, it was great to come back to the house and be able to make some food, relax, and look at the stars. The deck is a quiet and magical place to sip coffee in the morning. The house is light, bright, and airy and fills with sunshine and wonderful views.

We had a great time. The cabin is really nice: beautiful sunsets everyday, large bedrooms with comfy matresses, kitchen is very well equipped, lots of windows that enable to see beautiful trees, Mountains, Sky...
I was a bit worried we might be too hot given there is no A/C. But being at this altitude makes the temperature to lower at night, let alone there are big fans. So, even in early August we had no sleeping problem.
It takes a 30mn drive to the Valley or to Wawona where start the major hikes. The views while driving are beautiful and the 30 minutes go fast. That week we spent was fantastic and we left with awesome memories !!!
Just a tip: if you plan to cook, there are no grocery stores less than 30 minutes away so once you go, get everything you need. Otherwise you may have diner in the Valley .

Greatly enjoyed our stay. The only issue was there was a wildfire close by, preventing us from opening windows, so the house was very warm, although the fans helped a lot. Otherwise, everything was great.

Spacious, luxurious, beautiful house, with view through a few tree across the Valley. And the Valley itself is just an 8-mile drive away. The only disappointment was that Glacier Point is closed for 2022--but we made it there after a strenuous hike from the Valley floor.

The house was comfortable and well equipped, also quite clean. The only real issue was there was no screen in the downstairs bedroom window so we couldnt open the window for fresh air and it was quite stuffy.

We enjoyed staying at this location and felt central to the park and it’s more popular sites. We needed batteries for the remote and thankfully management was able to bring them over.
Some things that would be nice would be foil, Saran Wrap, parchment paper, tongs.

Great place to stay. Excellent patio and plenty of eating spaces. Addition of aluminum foil and oil would have been helpful. Addition of inner tubes would have been nice, but understandably optional.

Communication was very efficient. I realized the night before my travel that I do not have the code to enter the property. I sent an email after 8:00 p.m. and received a response quickly with the proper information. The property was clean and as advertised, no undesired surprises. The kitchen was fully equiped to preapre meals. I recommend that travelers bring all their cooking ingredients; the grocessy store is in Yosemite Valley, which is about a 30 minute drive without traffic.

Its a great place...the only thing I would add to the description is that you only provide salt and pepper. No olive oil or spices. Not a big deal, but other places provide it. Be good to alert folks that they need to bring their own.

We had to stay one extra day due to the wife having stomach issues. Bad burger from the ski lodge? The folks from Scenic Wonders was able to shoehorn us in for for a quick recovery day. The kids took advantage of the extra day and built a nice snow fort on the side yard. Park Place might be ideal for renters that don't like carrying gear / luggage from the car and back for the drive way is only a few steps away. Thanks Scenic Wonders crew !

We are remodeling our cabin. We needed a place to stay while overseeing interior work being done. Yosemite Park Place was extremely convenient as we could walk to our cabin. Yosemite Park Place is well maintained and all aspects of use were easy to understand. The cabin has a nice open feel and is tastefully decorated. The heating system was excellent and warmed the cabin quickly. The kitchen is large and a pleasure to use. Did not stay long enough to use the laundry, but it was conveniently located. The view out the living area windows is wonderful.

In my opinion the only point that should be improved was the communication with us after we rent the house. We just received a confirmation and nothing else. Not even a reminder of our reservation or some useful information.

The house is very nice and spacious. Also, the management staff were very responsive and helpful! The location was convenient and close to Yosemite Valley. The house has everything you need and if doesn't management is quick to supply what you need. We asked for an iron and someone brought it over in less than 5 minutes! The only reason I cannot give this is a 5 is that it is very hot in the bedrooms. We knew there was no air conditioning in the house when we booked. I grew up without AC and lived in Europe (no AC) and am generally fine without it. The ceiling fans and large windows made the family/dining area comfortable. However, the bedrooms, even with floor fans, are very hot at night. They really should consider installing ceiling fans for this price, which are far better at cooling off a room in my experience. Other than that we were very happy with the home. Thank you!
