River Rock Retreat is a masterpiece with NOW AIR CONDITIONING AND FREE WIFI, there's also convenient parking and easy access.
This cabin has 10 steps from the parking area going down to the entrance.
Upon entering this extremely spacious lodge-style cabin, you will be greeted with large picture windows which showcase forest, mountain, and sky views. Gather together in the oversized great room, featuring comfy leather sofas, a large stone fireplace, and a state-of-the-art 65inch 4K TV. The fully-stocked kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances, vintage-style cabinets, granite kitchen with island, and counter seating. The rustic dining table seats 8 comfortably.
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed with views and direct access to the deck, while the en-suite master bathroom features a dual vanity, travertine shower, and walk-in closet. Bedroom #2 features a queen bed, while the third bedroom features a playful twin-over-full bunk. The second full bathroom also features a double vanity and a shower tub. There is satellite base wifi and air conditioning.
Upstairs, there is a 350 square foot open loft that is the space that children dream of. Your children will be excited to sleep in the of the four murphy-style twin beds that drop down out of the side walls! Additionally, the loft features a sofa and two large comfy foam bags to relax on or to watch TV on another 65" 4K TV.
The front porch provides an intimate spot to enjoy a cup of coffee, while the back deck offers plenty of seating to dine al fresco and take in the spectacular view.
This cabin features Satellite TV and Blue-Ray player, washer/dryer, board games, and a gas grill for your cooking convenience.

Accommodations were perfect for our family get-together. There is a large loft for the kids to play in and plenty of open space for conversation and playing games. The master bedroom is very spacious and there is a substantial walk-in closet. The cabin is just off HWY-41 inside Yosemite so is fairly convenient to hiking and sights within the park.

1st class property in an A1 location. 20 mins from tunnel view for extraordinary sunrise views and a further 10 mins from the valley for amazing choices of walks, waterfalls and other things to see & do.

Location, location, location! House was great. Our family of 6 was able to visit the entire park with this central location. House was just as advertised and we really enjoyed the open floor plan and multiple sleeping options. Only small criticism would be the utensil rack in the dishwasher is broken, (All the utensils fall through and ants in the kitchen and master bedroom. Overall amazing stay!

One of the most beautiful vacation homes that we have stayed in. The drive from center of Yosemite to the house was long but once we entered the property we found it totally worth it. Loved the loft area where the kids created their own cozy nest playing games, watching tv and then sleeping in the 4 beds there. The adults got their quiet space in the living room. The house was beautifully decorated right from the lighting, furniture to small antique artifacts. Thank you to the owners for trusting us with all the wonderful decor. Having a Wifi was a blessing as you generally dont see that in Yosemite. The entertainment was also modern and we could use airplay on TV to stream music from our phones. The kitchen was equipped with every utensil you could think of and there were many spices also stocked in the kitchen. One feedback that we can provide is for outdoor furniture. That could be revamped so guests can enjoy the outdoor seating more. Other than that we absolutely loved our stay there and found it hard to leave. Scenic wonders was very responsive when we called about water heater issue on a Sunday morning and they sent someone to reset the heater immediately.

There was more than enough space for our group of 7. Everything was clean and the house had all you needed and more. The internet was spotty/non existent, but that was mentioned in the listing. The full bed was not so comfortable for those who stayed there. Apart from that, everything was perfect. We would recommend this place to others.

We stayed here for one night. It is the best vacate home we have ever stayed, even better than we though. Everything is perfect. There are two highlights in our this winter Yosemite trip, one is snow hiking to Dewey point, one is river rock retreat. Thank you, we definitely will come back again

We stayed at the gorgeous River Rock Retreat. Without a doubt the nicest vacation home we've ever stayed in. The view is gorgeous, the kitchen is fully stocked, and the design of the home struck the perfect balance between rustic and elegant. The murphy beds in the loft were a nice surprise, and the loft provided a nice separate hangout for the kiddos. This is a special place and one that we will definitely return to.

Scenic wonders was amazing We we’re snowed in and they were kind enough to let us hole up in the house. There were issues with our house and they took care of them quickly. Cesar and Raul were awesome and delivered us some essentials for waiting out the storm!!

Staying at the River Rock Retreat was the highlight of our trip. The great room features a floor-to-ceiling rock fireplace, large comfy leather sofas, and a drop-dead gorgeous view. The home is stylishly decorated, and the layout is ideal for a larger group. Our children really enjoyed sleeping in the loft which has 4 murphy-style beds that disappear into the wall. The River Rock Retreat is the perfect place to stay at in Yosemite and we can't wait to come back. 5 stars PLUS !
