Description
Loft Condo B212 has two levels with an open space room (there are no bedrooms). There are 2 bathrooms, one on each level. On the top level you will have one queen size bed. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room, (not recommended for adults).
On the main level you have a living room, with a fully equipped kitchenette, that has a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dish-ware, cookware, and silverware provided. Our loft units also offer dvd player, with a free videotape library, river rock propane fireplaces, and private outdoor decks with electric barbeques. Sleeps 2-4. Please be advised: sofa beds are only acceptable for small children, not for adults, as they are uncomfortable for adults, so we will not guarantee a good night's rest on them.
Located high on top of a mountain at an elevation of 6,000 feet, this 48 unit condominium complex not only offers you great mountain and forest views, but also offers you a great location to start your day from, just minutes to all the main attractions! Our condominiums come in two configurations, studios and lofts. All units come completely furnished and fully equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Do you have internet access at any of your home properties? Yes but very limited! Only a few of our home properties have recently been able to receive Internet access. Due to our remote location, and the fact that most of our properties are surrounded by tall Yosemite pine and cedar trees, it makes it almost impossible to receive clear satellite signals, cable isn't available yet in our community. The system we currently have is a satellite based Internet system, and is vulnerable to adverse weather conditions, therefore we cannot guarantee Internet connectivity during your stay.

Very convenient location to visit Yosemite Park. All the necessities for a stay were provided in the unit. Furniture and carpets are outdated. Overall, a pleasant experience, even with the overprice. You pay for the location in the park.

Very limited parking in B units. Cars were double parked and we wish there was some signage encouraging drivers to not do this.

Great location. Very quiet and peaceful. Hot in the summer. Rooms were hot In afternoon…needs AC. Electrical plugs need replacement. Very loose our plug ins kept falling out.

Property is too small for 4 people and it is not ideal place to stay in summer without a/c given the ceiling fan is good enough to keep the lower level relatively cool. Otherwise the property is clean and maintained well.

The loft condos were an excellent set up for a couple such as us. The full kitchen was also a big help to help us cut down on food costs. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to the Yosemite area.

You really need to get modern internet service. Even after unplugging and connecting with nature, I wanted to share some photos and read the news online, but struggled to do so because the Wifi was so extremely bad.

I enjoyed the stay a lot. The location was great and the loft was nice. I think the only thing I knocked a star off of was the lack of AC. The room was very warm the entire time due to the heat outside.

We had a great time! The location, convenience of the washer/dryer, movie room, and the kitchen appliances were great. Only criticism is that some of the screens have holes and we didn’t want to let any bugs in so we had to keep the windows/slider shut which made it a little stuffy inside. Thank you again!

Lovely condo stay, all we needed, clean & with a nice balcony view. Suggestions: 1) a broom or pole to enable one to close the upstairs window, & 2) a shelf in the upstairs shower to place soap & shampoo on. Thank you!

The place was nice and did the job for 4 adults. We were able to get to the park without any trouble and sleep comfortably. The only point of critique would be the cleaning fees. I can understand a fee for people who trash the place, but requiring guests to wash all the dishes and take out all the trash to the trash room is a little above and beyond a requirement for spending over $300 dollars a night.

Yosemite loft condos offered a really sweet stay in Yosemite. They are right between Wawona and the Valley. We were there for my sons wedding and other party members found bookings in Yosemite west. We were all so close and it was awesome for socializing. B212 is a great room because it has a sliding door and a large window and it is also on the second floor. We were able to keep the sliding door open a bit with a fan turned on and the ceiling fan on so the loft could get some air. Fans were also available in the loft. The unit was very clean. It is small, but the layout is functional. The small fridg in the kitchen didnt work, but there was a little entry room with a regular size fridg and that was helpful. We really liked the little entry room for storing things we didnt need to use immediately. Beds were just fine despite negative comments in other reviews. Upstairs shower is very small, but there is a tub shower downstairs that is a little more user friendly. Lodging provided very nice towels. Ground coffee was a godsend because we forgot to bring some. Loved the coffee maker- it makes such good coffee.

The location cannot be beat. The unit itself was well setup and had nearly everything we needed (no cooking oil though, which would have been nice). Only minor complaint was the bed, which was quite firm - but it was like camping :)

Overall the stay was nice and it was nice to have amenities in the middle of the National Park. For the price though I would have expected it to be a little nicer. Some furniture was stained and dishes/cooking ware was dirty. The place could use a face lift simply by painting the cupboards and removing cob webs in the corners. It was a little outdated and could be updated with minimal cost. Having fans was nice but it was still very warm in the unit. An AC unit would have been appreciated.

Excellent location. Condo had everything we needed. Only drawback was laundry facilities. One washer and one dryer were not working. One washer took our money but wouldnt work.

The place was clean, warm, and well equipped for our short stay. Everything was great inside the loft! The only downside to this loft was the noise coming from other units, the walls seem to be pretty thin. It's safe to say that the 'quiet hours' were not observed. Other than that, I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay close to the valley.

Our vacation at the Condo in Yosemite West was just lovely. A 20 minutes drive and you are in The Valley or at glacier point. The apartment was spacious, clean and offered everything you needed to be independent for a couple of days. I would definitely book again, though I would prefer a loft on the other side of the complex next time in order to avoid the sound of the laundry room and having a WiFi signal. I wished I knew that beforehand.
