Description
Loft Condo A203 has a queen bed and bunk bed with a queen on the bottom and twin bed on top, in the loft, and a sofa sleeper downstairs (there are no bedrooms). There are 2 full size bathrooms, one on each level. The sofa sleeper in the living room is not recommended for adults.
On the main level, you have a living room, with a fully equipped kitchenette, that has a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishware, cookware, and silverware provided. Our loft units also offer DVD player, with a free videotape library, river rock propane fireplaces, and private balcony with an electric grill. Sleeps 4-6. Please be advised sofa beds are only acceptable for small children, not for adults, as they are uncomfortable for adults, so we will not guarantee a good nights rest on them.
Located high on top of a mountain at an elevation of 6,000 feet, this 48 unit condominium complex not only offers you great mountain and forest views, but also offers you a great location to start your day from, just minutes to all the main attractions! Our condominiums come in two configurations, studios, and lofts. All units come completely furnished and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Do you have internet access at any of your home properties? Yes but very limited! Only a few of our home properties have recently been able to receive Internet access. Due to our remote location, and the fact that most of our properties are surrounded by tall Yosemite pine and cedar trees, it makes it almost impossible to receive clear satellite signals, cable is available yet in our community. The system we currently have is a satellite-based Internet system and is vulnerable to adverse weather conditions, therefore we cannot guarantee Internet connectivity during your stay.

Me and my family had a beautiful time it’s the perfect location in Yosemite in my opinion we were happy to be able to go outside and play in the snow and come back inside and make our meals. The loft was so cozy and perfect for the two nights we stayed!

We appreciated this property is 30 minutes away from the Valley. It would be fantastic to note in the rental that there is a full refrigerator available. That was a great surprise to find out. Thanks for a comfortable stay.

The location of the condo was great and allowed us to save time during a very busy weekend. The surroundings are great and the fully equipped kitchen was much appreciated. However, the interior of the condo needs an update. The furniture and the equipment has seen better days and some were quite uncomfortable.

Overall, our stay was great. The loft that we stayed in is a bit dated, but it was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The location was easy to get to and from the park. I would highly recommend this to family and friends.

The condo was outdated with carpets, and no air conditioning. The dumpsters were not closed properly and bears scattered garage over parking lot.

Stay was good for us ( 4 ) , we where able to cook breakfast and some dinner during our stay. Wi-Fi was good on the first two days and was gone after ashes obscured wifi connection on the remaining two days.
No airconditioning in the condominiums but the electric fans provided was not enough to make the room cool, we just opened the sliding doors up to 10 pm.

The view and location was perfect! It was super easy to find and parking wasnt a challenge. We noticed there wasnt an AC option on the thermostat so the place got quite hot overnight even with 2 fans plugged in.

Myself and 2 kids. We really enjoyed the stay... good place, location and amenities.
The wifi was def a struggle (but you shared upfront that it was limited). And the walls were very thin. Our neighbors werent talking too loud, but they were up late and that was frustrating. Mayhe there is some type of noise muffling insulation?
Regardless, we would stay there again!

Condo is a bit dated but very clean, with all necessary amenities including a full kitchen. Keypad entry is convenient, has a relaxing balcony. No AC but since it cools down a lot at night, not an issue for us. Location is great, close to the Valley.
Sound proofing is not so great, we have a special needs child who makes high pitched vocal stim occasionally, and jumps when excited, we feel really sorry for the neighbors. Loft window does not have curtain so if you are not a morning person maybe bring a sleep mask or use something to cover your eyes.

The place is really really old. The beds are very old and uncomfortable and the bathrooms are falling apart. The place needs a renovation ASAP. Thank you for at least keeping everything clean. The place gets the 3rd star because of cleanliness.

Location is great. Easy to find. Walls are thin. You can hear conversations next door. So quality of stay is heavily dependent on your neighbors. We had a screaming baby on one side and very chatty neighbors on the other. Baby stopped crying and slepped before 10PM and woke up and cried a bit at 3 AM. Chatty neighbors to our left did not quite down until I let them know after 10:30PM.

The stay was good. Certainly no frills, but it was clean. The condo was very dated, could use a good updating in the bathrooms and flooring throughout. The bedroom lamp plugs did not stay in the outlets so we could not use the lamps. The upstairs toilet had a leak - there was water on the floor under the tank. The location was excellent.

Overall stay was pretty good. Nice and comfortable lodge, perfect location to fully enjoy Yosemite.
Only the concern is internet connection, we knew it's limited by your previous notification
but still it would be better if we have better connection.
Also little bit struggling about laundry since there are only 2 washing machines and always it occupied by other people.
